Consultation on the Draft Gnosall Neighbourhood Plan

The Gnosall Neighbourhood Plan Working Group, established by Gnosall Parish Council, has prepared a draft Neighbourhood Plan. The Plan is based on local people’s views. It sets out a vision with key objectives and planning polices to help shape future development in Gnosall Parish.
Gnosall Parish Council is now consulting on the draft Neighbourhood Plan prior to its submission to Stafford Borough Council and we encourage you to take a look at the content of the plan, including the planning policies, and provide with the Parish Council with your comments. This is your chance to influence the draft plan before it is submitted to Stafford Borough Council (for an independent examination and subsequent Parish referendum).
If the plan is approved at referendum, the Neighbourhood Plan will form part of the Development Plan for Stafford Borough and will be used in determining planning applications within Gnosall Parish. Copies of the draft Neighbourhood Plan can be viewed:

>All comments received will be considered by the Parish Council and then summarised into a Consultation Statement for submission to the Borough Council.
